Today was a sad day! My sisters and I all worry for our
Mom. (Our one sister is with our Dad at Lake
Town so there is a distance between Cam, and Sam and I). We are all sad that she continues to be in
pain and return to the hospital all the time.
The long periods she has to endure of lying around and waiting on tests
and checkups all the while getting pumped with so many different drugs feels
dreadful for her. Also, that snowball
came back from last night after I thought it went to away to splat me on the
side of the head this morning. A worried
mind plus a saddened heart made for a hard day.
But my sister Sam helped lighten us up with her sweet quick-witted
sense of humour and her knack for imitating some of my favourite cartoon characters.
Where would I be without sisters? Where would I be without family? Where would
I be without friends?
