Dark, Anxious - August 17, 2014

I got to visit my Mom today. I feel really fortunate because I almost didn’t get to, just like I didn’t get to hang out with Big Bro and the little man yesterday.

Aunty was able to take Sam and me to see Mom, and we visited with other acquaintances a bit that came to see her. 

After we did a little shopping I was able to treat my family to some goodies. 

It was nice.  But at the end of my day, not even visiting sweet Melanie lifted my spirits.  My world is filled with darkness and anxiety.  The negative thoughts have got in, and have now snowballed….
