Happy In the Morning, To Feeling Like Death At Night - August 16, 2014

Melanie (whom I work with) and I had a fun adventurous morning. We went on a nice walk and saw an old friend named Sally.  Sally is an eighty year old woman who is a mother and a grandmother, and she welcomed us into her home for a hot beverage and fresh fruit.  There is so much we shared with one another, and I cannot even discuss it right now due to what happened after we left and returned to Melanie’s place... because it went from a stupendous morning to a very hard afternoon.

My ex boyfriend’s cat was dying and they had to be put down.  This beautiful cat had been a part of my life during our relationship so it broke my heart to know she is no longer in the world.

Mom’s water tank in her apartment has a leak in it and no one can come fix it for us until Monday. There are some tricks to handling it but still… limited water use now.

Also, someone delayed me in meeting with my Big Bro and his sweet boy, so I ended up not being able to visit with them.  We were both sad about that. I was hoping to hang out with him later and then we didn’t get to.

I finished the night with a glass of wine and went between two activities: video games and DVD’s.
